U.S. Federal Census Microfilm Catalog
=================================================================== 1920 Federal Population Census Schedules - Series T625 Introduction The 1920 census schedules are arranged by state or territory, and thereunder by county. In some instances the names of large cities also appear. The entries are not always in strict alphabetical order. It is a good idea to review all listings for the area you are interested prior to placing an order; since an entire county or enumeration district often spans more than one roll. Entries also include enumeration district numbers. If you wish to order the census schedules for a minor civil division or geographic area within a particular county or a certain ward within a given city, it is necessary for you to know that the enumeration district number is needed in order to select the correct roll. Descriptions of census enumeration districts for the 1920 census are reproduced on microfilm series T1224, rolls 41-60. =================================================================== 1920 Montana SERIES ROLL (INCLUDES) T625 967 Beaverhead, Big Horn, Blaine, Broadwater, Carbon, and Carter Counties 968 Cascade and Dawson Counties 969 Chouteau, Custer, Deer Lodge, and Fergus (EDs 84-88) Counties 970 Fergus (EDs 89-116), Fallon, and Gallatin Counties 971 Flathead, Glacier, Garfield, Granite, and Hill Counties 972 Jefferson, Lewis and Clark, Liberty, Lincoln, McCone, and Madison Counties 973 Meagher (EDs 58-63), Mineral, Musselshell, Pondera, and Missoula Counties 974 Park, Phillips, Powder River, Powell, Prairie, and Richland Counties 975 Ravalli, Roosevelt, Sanders, Rosebud, and Sheridan Counties 976 Silver Bow (EDs 198-216, 231-238, 193-197, 247-248, 217-230, 239-246) County 977 Silver Bow (EDs 249-258), Stillwater, Treasure, Sweet Grass, Teton, Toole, and Wibaux Counties 978 Valley, Wheatland, and Yellowstone Counties ===================================================================
