U.S. Federal Census Microfilm Catalog

=================================================================== 1920 Federal Population Census Schedules - Series T625 Introduction The 1920 census schedules are arranged by state or territory, and thereunder by county. In some instances the names of large cities also appear. The entries are not always in strict alphabetical order. It is a good idea to review all listings for the area you are interested prior to placing an order; since an entire county or enumeration district often spans more than one roll. Entries also include enumeration district numbers. If you wish to order the census schedules for a minor civil division or geographic area within a particular county or a certain ward within a given city, it is necessary for you to know that the enumeration district number is needed in order to select the correct roll. Descriptions of census enumeration districts for the 1920 census are reproduced on microfilm series T1224, rolls 41-60. =================================================================== 1920 Vermont SERIES ROLL (INCLUDES) T625 1870 Addison, Essex (EDs 24-31), Bennington, and Grand Isle Counties 1871 Caledonia and Chittenden (EDs 41-54, 68-71) Counties 1872 Chittenden (EDs 55-67) and Lamoille (EDs 96-106) Counties 1873 Orange (EDs 32-37, 163, 38-50), and Windsor (EDs 132-139, 142-143, 140-141, 144-155, 164-165, 156-161) Counties 1874 Orleans and Rutland (EDs 107-127, 138-140) Counties 1875 Rutland (EDs 128-137, 143) and Washington Counties 1876 Windham County ===================================================================
