U.S. Federal Census Microfilm Catalog

=================================================================== 1920 Federal Population Census Schedules - Series T625 Introduction The 1920 census schedules are arranged by state or territory, and thereunder by county. In some instances the names of large cities also appear. The entries are not always in strict alphabetical order. It is a good idea to review all listings for the area you are interested prior to placing an order; since an entire county or enumeration district often spans more than one roll. Entries also include enumeration district numbers. If you wish to order the census schedules for a minor civil division or geographic area within a particular county or a certain ward within a given city, it is necessary for you to know that the enumeration district number is needed in order to select the correct roll. Descriptions of census enumeration districts for the 1920 census are reproduced on microfilm series T1224, rolls 41-60. =================================================================== 1920 West Virginia SERIES ROLL (INCLUDES) T625 1947 Barbour and Fayette (EDs 8-23, 34-36) Counties 1948 Fayette (EDs 24-28, 172, 29-33, 37-43) and Berkeley Counties 1949 Boone, Clay, and Braxton Counties 1950 Brooke, Calhoun, and Cabell Counties 1951 Cabell and Doddridge Counties 1952 Gilmer, Jefferson, Grant, Hampshire, and Marshall (EDs 45-49) Counties 1953 Marshall (EDs 50-70) and Greenbrier Counties 1954 Hancock, Jackson), and Logan (EDs 18-19, 34-40) Counties 1955 Logan (EDs 20-21, 176, 22-33), Hardy, and Harrison (EDs 52-54, 64-66, 73-75) Counties 1956 Harrison (EDs 55-63, 67-68, 152-156, 69-72, 76-86), County 1957 Kanawha (EDs 65, 66, 115-122, 133-136, 173, 67-83) County 1958 Kanawha (EDs 84-95, 98-103, 96, 97, 104, 105, 174, 106-114, 123-126) County 1959 Kanawha (EDs 127-132, 137-139) and McDowell (EDs 41-59) Counties 1960 McDowell (EDs 60-72), Lewis, and Lincoln (EDs 1-5) Counties 1961 Lincoln (EDs 6-17), Monroe, and Marion (EDs 15-20, 153, 21-27, 41-44) Counties 1962 Marion (EDs 28-39, 151, 40), Mason, and Mercer (EDs 90-93) Counties 1963 Mercer (EDs 85-87, 181, 182, 88, 89, 94-102, 177, 103-106, 73, 184, 74-84) and Morgan Counties 1964 Mineral and Monongalia Counties 1965 Mingo, Nicholas, and Putnam (EDs 102-106) Counties 1966 Putnam (EDs 107-109, 190, 110-116), Wyoming, and Ohio (EDs 71-75, 80-83, 87-104) Counties 1967 Ohio (EDs 76-79, 84-86, 105-109, 112, 113, 115-117, 120, 110, 111, 114, 118, 156, 119, 152) and Tucker Counties (EDs 168-177) 1968 Pendleton, Upshur, Pleasants, and Summers Counties 1969 Pocahontas, Webster, and Preston Counties 1970 Raleigh and Ritchie (EDs 113-119) Counties 1971 Ritchie (EDs 122-129), Roane, and Randolph Counties 1972 Taylor, Wirt, Tyler, and Wetzel (EDs 135-139, 146-148) Counties 1973 Wetzel (EDs 140-142, 155, 143-145, 149-150) and Wood Counties 1974 Wayne County ===================================================================
